How Donations and Matches are Transferred As soon as the match is met or the pledge ends, MatchNice automatically pays out the match to the non profit Stripe account. No other steps required. Donations are not automatically transferred to Stripe. Payouts must be manually requested and are reviewed by Givebutter’s Trust and Safety team. They are trained to flag suspicious activity and may review the payout or account further to ensure the safety of users, donors, and the platform. Once approved, funds are sent to the nonprofit’s bank account in 3–5 business days. (See Payout Info)
