Ibraheem brings deep technical expertise from roles at Google, Tesla, Apple, Deloitte, and Vista Equity. With a background in product engineering and technology consulting, he leads MatchNice’s product roadmap, ensuring a seamless and scalable solution for donation matching. In his free time Ibraheem enjoys playing soccer and prioritizing quality time with family.

Pooya Pourak

Pooya is an industrial and systems engineer, human-centered designer, host of The Nonprofit Lab podcast, and the visionary behind MatchNice. He is dedicated to driving positive social impact and actively supports advocacy efforts and promotes social impact at large. In his free time he enjoys being a great husband, hiking, running with his dog, and competing in IRONMAN triathlons.

Dickson Nuesse

Dickson brings a relationship-first approach to sales and growth, with experience across partnerships and customer success, including growth work at Headspace. With a deep heart for nonprofits and impact-driven work, he helps organizations raise more through trust and human connection. In his free time, Dickson is a mental health advocate, outdoor enthusiast, and freestyle rapper.
